You have 7 days from the date received to mail back pre-approved return for a full refund. Customer must submit a return request through our online portal or contact the store to get approval before mailing back. Customer pays for return shipping. All tags must be attached in their original place. You must include your original receipt. All Credit Card refunds will only be refunded to the original credit card used at time of payment. Clothes must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Shoes can NOT be worn and must be in the original box with original wrapping.
